航海行業(yè)應(yīng)用對液晶顯示屏要求有哪些？

　　隨著液晶顯示屏的應(yīng)用越來越廣泛，那么應(yīng)用在航海行業(yè)的液晶屏是不是普通的商業(yè)液晶屏就可以直接應(yīng)用呢?如果不能，那液晶屏選型的時候又有什么要求呢?

　　真正應(yīng)用在航海環(huán)境下的液晶顯示屏，對液晶顯示模組的一般要求：防水，陽光下可視，鹽水觸摸，抗沖擊，EMI,防靜電，高可靠性，對于這類產(chǎn)品，我們公司推薦以下的方案：

　　Waterproof(IP Grade)：防水

　　1、 Mitsubishi OCA is used for optical binding，采用Mitsubishi(三菱化工)的OCA做光學(xué)綁定。

　　2、 Use “SEKSUI”waterproof adhesive tape to make the whole cirelc on the back of cover lens ensure waterproof performance.使用SEKSUI(日本積水)防水膠捋蓋板背面作整圈封閉以確保防水性能。

　　Sunlight readable：陽光下可讀

　　1、 Use the IPS panel 使用IPS面板

　　2、 The brightness of the module reaches 720cd/m2，模組亮度達(dá)到720cd/m2.

　　3、 With optical binding，it has higher light transmittance and lower light reflection。采用光學(xué)綁定，具有更高的光線透過率和更低的光線反射。

　　4、 The surface of the cover plate is etched with AG etching，so the anti glare effect is better.蓋板表面采用AG蝕刻處理，防眩光效果更好。

　　Salt water touch：鹽水觸摸

　　Seafarers need wet hands，salt in water，and capacitive screen to support salt water touch。We use the driver IC of EETI to achieve 3% salt water touch。海員需要濕手操作，水中含鹽分，需要電容觸摸屏支持鹽水觸摸，我們采用EETI(禾瑞亞)的驅(qū)動IC方案實現(xiàn)3%鹽水觸摸。

　　Anit Shock(IK Grade)：抗沖擊

　　The cover plate is made of 2mm“AGC”optical glass，which reaches the test standard of IK07 after toughened。蓋板采用2mm AGC(旭硝子)光學(xué)玻璃，鋼化后達(dá)到IK07的抗沖擊標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

　　EMC,ESD:電磁兼容，靜電釋放

　　All harnesses are wrapped with conductive tape and connected to the ground.所有的光束都采用導(dǎo)電膠布包裹，和地相接。

　　High reliability：高可靠性

　　The product is aged at -20~60℃ for 240 hours to ensure the reliability of the product。產(chǎn)品做240小時的-20~60℃的高低溫老化，確保產(chǎn)品的可靠性。
